CARDBOARD SCULPTURE WITH PALOMA GRIMM

Experiment with form and architecture, creating structures and architectural shapes using cardboard and basic calculations, then paint or collage your final piece.

By looking at the enduring shapes and structures that surround us, participants are invited to become architects and design modern ornaments and architectural features out of everyday materials like cardboard and paper. Amongst every rundown high street are pillars, arches, and gargoyles often overshadowed by the empty storefronts underneath them. By sharing the most playful aspect of her practice Paloma hopes to encourage a joyful take on how we can experience the world around us, and blur the boundaries of reality and fiction.

Suitable for ages 12+
All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
