Harriet Chomley
Harriet is a London-based expressionist artist who plays with bold colours and texture to create her abstract pieces.
After studying Fashion Design and learning print-making, colour theory, illustration, life drawing, garment construction and so much more, Harriet continued to explore the way shapes and colour interact and began creating and selling her artworks.
Harriet is a self-taught artist with two distinct styles which have been crafted over years of dedication to her practice. The act of painting is extremely meditative and allows a heightened state of presence and flow in which she finds extremely calming and serene. Her pieces are made with surroundings in mind, she is always thinking about how art relates to space and how the feelings it evokes in those environments.
Her work has been sold all over the world including NZ, Australia, UK, US, Canada, Italy, South Africa, Japan, China, France, Portugal and Spain.
