My painting practice is the heart, soul, and compass of my spiritual practice. Alongside the ART APOTHECARY and large works on canvas - my other creative love is Visual Medicine. Visual Medicine is a radically transformative creative mindfulness technique that I have developed over the last twenty years. Visual Medicine channeled itself through my own art-making practice during a profoundly liminal time in my own life. I facilitate Visual Medicine as a distinct visionary language. I teach and share the technique with others through workshops run from my studio in London, UK. I coach people, use art and enquiry to facilitate individuals who want to use Visual Medicine as a way of asking life questions by orienting outside our habituated ways of seeing and understanding.
