ABOUT

Gloria So is a textile designer specialisING in woven textiles.

She graduated with a BA in Textile from Central Saint Martins in 2020.

She explores the possibilities of how traditional crafts can re-inspire the future and have an interest in material culture. She is currently working on a fashion capsule collection based on her woven design aiming to prioritise quality and longevity, for example how one garment can transform into different looks so we can reduce our desire to consume more clothing.

During the Festival

OPEN STUDIO / EXPERIENCE

During this London Design Festival she would like to invite you to her studio and get your hands on loom to experience the magic of weaving. Yarn and shuttle will be provided.
